When choosing Color Fast thread, your colors will stay vivid and true for many years to come and once finish is applied it will maintain the color as seen on the spool. The beauty of choosing nylon thread, is its blending and translucent capabilities when rod finish is applied. If you wish to maintain the color as seen on the spool, a light coat of color preserver is all that is needed.
